Known as the new faces of fitness, Billy Blanks Jr., and his wife Sharon, share their “Feel Good Fitness” philosophy with the release of their first DVD, Billy Blanks Jr. Dance with Me: Cardio Fit on September 7, 2010. The second DVD, Billy Blanks Jr. Dance With Me Groove & Burn, is set to release on November 30th. Billy Blanks, Jr. puts his own spin on at-home fitness, targeting all ages and fitness levels with easy-to-follow dance routines and cardio intervals that burn mega calories. Viewers are drawn into a dance party setting that not only exudes the passion and energy of the vivacious duo, but also yields amazing weight loss results! Sharon Catherine Blanks has appeared on and off Broadway in such plays as “Rent,” “Jekyll and Hyde,” Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” and “Dreamgirls.” She played “Etta Jones” in HBO’s “Introducing Dorothy Dandridge” starring Halle Berry, and may be best known for playing the snooty opera diva on TV’s “A Different World.”
