Hosting an Instructor Training/Workshop requires at least 20 paid registrants two weeks prior to the event date to guarantee the event - Discounted Registration Rate for employees/members and Early Bird registration (2 weeks prior to the event) - Group fitness manager receive 1 complimentary admission to the Instructor Training. When possible the club is entitled to a free Master Class to be held approximately 2-4 weeks prior to the event to increase instructor/member interest and increase membership sales. A Press invited Master class with Billy and Sharon can be guaranteed if travel accommodations are covered. Contact us at meettheblanks@aol.com for further details.
All hosting clubs are required to lead the promotion for the certification workshop.
All clubs will receive a Host Club Communication Kit and Press/Promotional Kit. All hosting venues must supply adequate sound equipment with wireless microphone amplification and a suitable dance room for workshop. A hosting facility agrees to the guidelines of Dance With Me set for hosting as well as agrees to our $100 cancellation fee if this hosting facility cancels the scheduled event prior to the event day.
